It’s weird shit, and even weirder the rah-rah cheering for it in the comments. Like…congrats? You’ve successfully filmed yourself taking care of a homeless individual who may or may not be of sound mind. source, 2026 ↗

One thing I would advise if you are the bigger guy in the group is watch a few videos on what to look out for before someone tries to attack you. Alot of the time you will be the first target as they see you as the most threatening. People will look away and around before trying a coward punch. The body language gets "secretive" if that makes sense as they prepare. I grew up out south Auckland. Had my fair share of dust ups back in the day. Go join a boxing/kickboxing or MMA/BJJ gym if its your thing. I was an angry youth. Always wanted to punch on if someone was acting like a cock. I've source, 2025 ↗

I don't mind the matchup because I think it's a banger fight, but I think Fluffy deserves a bigger shot up the rankings for defending his spot against an unranked monster like Kopylov. Today is the first time I had properly been sick since I moved here 5 years ago. (Besides the COVID source, 2023 ↗

I've been there. Especially in these hard times it makes it difficult to talk to others. Mind you, if you are in Auckland then I don't mind catching up for a coffee and just talking it all out. I had a lot of friends before covid hit, but we all went our separate ways and stopped talking to each other once the lockdowns started happening. The pandemic just destroyed everything. Used to work in public accounting and that was mentally exhausting as it is. The lockdowns just made it worse. Broke up with my girlfriend as well. The one thing I did that helped make me a better person was learning source, 2021 ↗

I visited Tukaha a couple of years ago and found them to be very welcoming, with a great range of experiences and body types on the mat, as well as great instructors and a very welcoming vibe. Hoping to get back there in a couple of months, actually. source, 2016 ↗
