Check flow jiu jitsu for gi training, for no gi you might find a class at aeterna jiu jitsu. That said, proximity to the place you are staying is key. Rome has one of the worst public transportation systems you will ever experience so keep that in mind. source, 2019 ↗

Hi Shifty! If you are going to Milan, there really is only one choice - [Milanimal](http://www.milanimal.com). The Professor there speaks perfect english and there are heaps of people training there. Additionally, almost every month they bring in some international star to host a seminar.
