Which martial art and where? If you are Auckland and choosing BJJ (definitely the best discipline for your kids needs from what I understand), please enrol him in Tu Kaha HQ central city, or Daredevil out West in Henderson. Pedro or any one of the coaches at Tu Kaha will ensure he is treated fairly and with respect and the team behind Daredevil BJJ are an amazing group - the owner has come over his own physical challenges to become one of the most celebrated grapplers in NZ. Sure! For Karate I would recommend any of the JKS/JKA clubs across Auckland. They practice a fairly traditional Shotokan style. Then for Jiu Jitsu I would recommend Syzygy if you’re on the Shore, Sorriso if you’re Central, and Daredevil if you’re out west. All of these clubs are friendly and approachable for beginners with no commitment trial classes. Have fun! source, 2022 ↗
