Depends a bit on what you’re trying to achieve. I train under black dragon Kai in Molendinar. We split the year up 6 months no gi and 6 months gi. There is also fight club bjj there in the same space, I guess we’re sister clubs. Fight club also has a school in Miami they have all different time slots too. source, 2024 ↗

When a quarterback first becomes a starter, the public is quick to judge them based on fairly limited information. For example, last year the \\#1 pick Bryce Young (Carolina Panthers) struggled, so many consider him to be a bust, even though there could be many reasons why his team failed to perform. He could end up being great, but we just haven't seen it yet. The \\#2 pick CJ Stroud (Houston Texans) made the playoffs and won a playoff game, so everyone is expecting him to become a superstar, which could happen. The main issue with Tua was that Miami's previous coach Brian Flores didn't believ source, 2024 ↗

As an Asian that mostly grew up in Miami, yes and no. I made friends with people from all backgrounds while also having a mainly Asian core friend group which helped a lot. I found that I was able to find affinity in the little things, like eating rice with my meals or having immigrant parents that don't always know how to talk to their kids. I learned conversational Spanish to get around and place orders, which honestly helps somewhat in terms of "fitting in" though it's a lot more useful for ordering. Making friends is HARD as a young adult. It is hard in Miami (due to traffic, cost of l source, 2024 ↗

go to an mma/bjj gym and stick with it. They will be your brothers through anything as long as your consistently in the gym. It helped my loneliness im a 20yo who’s been seeing escorts for 3 years I just stopped, you may feel like you have nothing in life but that means your life is a blank white canvas waiting to be painted your still young too and can choose the direction of your life. I went to trade school too to learn how to work on cars that’s a hobby that keeps me occupied too the car community is actually pretty big I’m sure you’d like it too.No girl cares I’m going to be honest just b source, 2024 ↗

Garry facing Colby or Wonderboy is not a good look for him. Two old guys who lost their last fight in bad fashion and are 2-3 in their last 5. But I also see that there aren't many young guys left at WW. Maybe put him against Brady when he recovered or wait how the Luque fight and Burns/JDM play out? Topuria vs Evloev is also unlikely. Whenever Dana publicly shits on a fighter, you know they aren't getting a title shot any time soon. I know people criticized Ilia for his comments on who he'd like to fight next but tbh he's kinda right, the division sucks a bit. Yair/Ortega aren't great opti source, 2024 ↗

Yes. I'm young, 20, (ignore the other bait post I made on this sub) but a PT totally changed me - diagnosed some unseen slight scoliosis, helped me through lower back pain and got me to put on a flexibility regimen for heavy squats. Tightness sounds completely and easily treatable, sciatica is a bit harder but still treatable. I still go for the hell of it because the tech that they use is amazing for recovery and winding down; it might seem like some undiscovered science but when they do a myriad of techniques oriented around bloodflow (theragun, electrotherapy, heat therapy) and just take ca source, 2024 ↗

Teams with good young QBs: Ravens, Bengals, Dolphins, Chargers, Jaguars, Chiefs, Bills, Eagles - **Ravens** have Lamar Jackson, who's one of the most fun to watch QBs ever. His running is incredible and they finally gave him decent WRs for the first time so he should be even better. Lamar's one of only 2 players to win MVP unanimously, the only other one is Tom Brady. If you like QBs that are great at improvising and are unpredictable, Lamar's very fun to watch. Ravens also have Faalele, a huge 6'8 380lb player that's from Australia. He grew up playing rugby. Ravens are famous for great defen source, 2023 ↗

If you want someone to sponsor, John Goldsborough is a pretty good up and coming pick. Younger guy but extremely dedicated to BJJ and is gunning to become a future world champion. Trains out of New Journey Jiu-Jitsu and Sainz Alpha Miami Grappling. His Instagram is johnjohn_bjj. Also are you looking to sell rash guards whole sale to an academy?
