More stupid lame replies. Those 5 paragraphs took all of 2 mins. Please though Mr Big Shot I want to be like you. What hobbies do you have? Do you live here in Miami? You do sound a lot like Wes, either way if you're here in Miami let's meet up. I live at Ocean Club over on KB, let's meet at KB yacht club or Granada CC in the gables and head over to Mario Sperry Jiu Jitsu or Temple MMA, show me what's up. source, 2024 ↗

This is so ridiculous it's hard to read without bursting out laughing. I don't spend any time posting about Wes or much else but I enjoy reading it. Please Mr Successful tell me about my cycle of poverty and resentment. I don't have Wes' money but I guarantee I'm doing better than you. That whole presumption that everyone who doesn't like what Wes turned into is some broke zero is ridiculous. You in Miami? If Wes takes you up on his offer, hit me up at [email protected], I'll buy you guys lunch at Key Biscayne yacht club and maybe we can catch a few rounds at Mario Sperry Jiu Jitsu or T source, 2024 ↗

100% Miami/Ft lauderdale sound perfect for you. One of the best party scenes and theres always big events + a VERY strong BJJ scene because of the strong MMA prescence from places like American TopTeam and MMA Masters + the Gracie gyms and masters like Mario Sperry teaching in that Metro area. Just have a decent paying job lined up because the pay is abysmmal for the cost of living. The city is developing like crazy so definetly getting more exciting source, 2024 ↗

Fight Sports is still the best gym for competitiors overall. The only thing I wonder is how good it is for beginners looking to compete. I haven't been to Miami extensively recently, so I can't say for sure. However, I know Mario used to run a comp team he took personal interest in, not sure about now but it's probably still there. My advice would be: Go to whichever gym is closest to you. I train at a pretty good gym, used to train at a pretty good gym before moving but the commute to the new gym can be up to an hour if traffic is bad and I have been stuck for over 2 hours on the commute source, 2023 ↗

Mario Sperry has gym in Miami. 760 NW 4st. Come thru. Edit: just read your post again in detail. We have a Muay Thai class as well, not a lot of people participate maybe me and 3 others (we’re all just beginners) but the instructor is great. We also have a judo class. source, 2019 ↗
