I've personally met Gabriel, he is excellent and he has cross trained other kung fu styles, muai Thai, and he actively trains BJJ. He is a full time martial artist and instructor in Milan. Imho he did very well, some fine wing chun in action imho, but also its flaws. No finishing power, no angled shots, linear footwork, no head movements...
