Hi Shifty! If you are going to Milan, there really is only one choice - [Milanimal](http://www.milanimal.com). The Professor there speaks perfect english and there are heaps of people training there. Additionally, almost every month they bring in some international star to host a seminar. If you arrive by May 15, you can go to the [Paul Harris one](https://www.facebook.com/events/599108023578643/). In Rome, I train at [FLOW Jiu Jitsu](http://www.flowjiujitsu.com/). The Professor also speaks perfect english and is very well knowledged in many different styles off BJJ. He regularly travels to source, 2016 ↗
