I can't vouch for them but I know there's "Los Angeles Muay Thai" in Montebello (they also have BJJ) and "Versus Fitness" by the Montebello Mall. I don't know what "scorpion MMA" in Easy LA is but apparently the coach is a black belt under my old BJJ instructor. The vibes on the website feel more like a karate class though. source, 2024 ↗
