Unfortunately the days of being spoiled for choice with quality nightclubs and MD are gone, nightlife in Dublin is fucked. There was some serious bonding done amongst the sweaty walls in the likes of crawdaddy, Andrews lane, the lost society, and the twisted pepper. It's not just people trying to socialise and make friends, I also feel awful for anyone who started college when the pandemic hit. If you play music, join a band, if you play sports join a team, if you want to exercise join a jiu Jitsu gym, honestly jiu Jitsu people are fucking lovely, come from all backgrounds, and are usually ver source, 2024 ↗

Man that most have taken a lot of courage to write. You sound like you’ve your head screwed on and working on yourself. Im not sure if I’ve the answer you’re looking for but maybe a bit of a perspective that might help. I’m a bit older than you, live in a city so plenty of people about. I’ve a tight group of say 7 lads, 4 from growing up, 3 from college. College lads are UK, Oz and other end of the country don’t see them, once a year if I’m lucky with the closer two. 4 from growing up live around home still but I’d say we get 3 possible 4 times a year to meet.
