I’m young, but I can already feel the toll it’s taking on my body. One of the most useful things I’ve learned to do is to tap early and tap often. If a whitebelt taps me, that’s a GOOD thing. That stinks. I stopped by Victory in Sept. on vacation, hoping to catch a Dean Lister class. He was away, the black belt there taught a great lesson, everyone was so nice and I had great rolls with everyone. Some guy waiting for the pro MMA class rolled with me after class and handed me my ass though, not complaining, but it was one of those humbling rolls. source, 2020 ↗
