We have bjj, muay thai, mma, and judo, but the "benefit" is that (for me which is above a kids age) can attend about 5 to 4 hours daily, which is 30ish hourly weekly. Sorry about that, it’s actually Falcons MMA Dubai where they train inside or are located inside Champs Gym in Al Quoz. They teach BJJ and Kickboxing. There’s another club called Champs Belts that is separate from them which is also in Al Quoz. This is the one that focuses on striking with Kickboxing Muay Thai, Boxing) source, 2024 ↗
