Box Hill Jiu Jitsu

What was my mileage for the month? 260km, currently in base training so my weeks consists of alot of easy running, one long run on the sunday and o add 8 set of 8 second all out hill sprints on 2 of the easy run days. I also hit gym twice a week, currently experimenting with what is working, doing squats, kettlebell swings, calf raises, an ab workout and currently trailing seated hip abductions. What did I learn this month? Any reflections I work better with staying at the same training volume over 4 weeks rather then increasing it week by week then having a 'low week' on the 4th one I can ma source, 2024 ↗

Hey mate, I’ve surfed and trained all over the world so any questions hit me up. Bali Bali mma would be a good bet. They have a great BJJ programme with the Leone brothers running things. You get a really diverse range of people, cangu waves aren’t world class but but can get fun, cangu beach itself has heaps of learners but over the hill at echo or what ever it’s called can get hollow and fun, but awesome waves near by and you can easily boost to ulu’s lombok etc for the weekend. Thialand - Phuket took my boards when I trained in Phuket as I was on route to Bali, surfed Naihan beach abi source, 2022 ↗
