    We're 100% aligned, man. When the ban first came down I literally left my "home club" and went to a Freestyle Judo Club. I roped a bunch of BJJ guys in to go with me. In hindsight, it was an overreaction that cost time. Years later I'm back in a USA Judo dojo, grinding my way to dan grade, when I should have gotten that years ago. Like I said, I do BJJ and traditional Judo and honestly, played right, you can fuse the two easily.
