Fair question. I'd respond that we don't label most other jujutsu rulesets like that. We have international championships for Combat Jujutsu (not the Eddie Bravo one. The one with stand up striking) and JJIF Ju-jitsu at the World Games, for example. They're all still jujutsu. In my view, there's no reason to treat Bjj differently.
