I've trained at Atlanta Judo Midtown in Atlanta, GA that asked for vaccine proof. They do both Judo and BJJ. I also trained at Growth BJJ in San Francisco that did the same. Both are great gyms that I'd recommend even if covid wasn't a thing source, 2021 ↗
