Hey, man! If you're looking for BJJ gyms in Vegas, check out our list here: https://bjjgym.com/us/las-vegas. We've got all the local spots covered. Also, if you're into open mats, there's one happening this weekend at Xtrem Couture perfect for dropping in! Built the site myself to help people like you find gyms easily. [Coach Rich Castro: Head Nogi coach at Xtreme Couture and 10th Planet Las Vegas](https://www.instagram.com/richcastrobjj?igsh=MTZlcWJwaDl5d2ww) Here is his instagram profile. He's really fun and one of the best grappling coaches in Las Vegas. If your ever in Vegas I would reccomend stopping by. He's a blackbelt in BJJ as well as instructing technique and developing efficient chain attacks for your body type and style. source, 2025 ↗

Why does everyone say this lol. There literally are adult wrestling gyms, they aren't that common but they are becoming more of a thing. Xtreme couture in las vegas does loads of wrestling alongside bjj, mma classes etc. It's not just wrestling integrated in those classes, they have their wrestling classes where adults attend. source, 2025 ↗

Yeah, I’d say he should’ve done intermediate at least. Like someone said, it’s sort of scout’s honor for nogi skill levels. I’ve done intermediate/expert since I got my blue. I feel like Mox worked out at Couture’s gym in Las Vegas and they have a killer BJJ for mma program. Very different from competitive grappling BJJ as they focus more on standing up, not fucking around on the ground. Very effective. On the flip side, BJJ comps aren’t Mox’s moneymaker, and entering into an expert is rolling the dice on getting a leg locker who is absolutely gunning to fuck a dude’s MCL/ACL in 10 seconds source, 2023 ↗

I met Ryan Couture when I took a trip out to train at Xtreme Couture Las Vegas. He taught a BJJ class and was a really nice guy. I didn’t see Randy but if he’s anything like his son I imagine he’s pretty down to earth. source, 2022 ↗

He doesn't try; he doesn't even bother coming in shape anymore, he has zero fight IQ, he relies entirely on being hard to KO, and has a reputation as being extremely dangerous and a KO artist even though he hasn't KO'd anyone in years and is extremely boring to watch if he doesn't knock out the opponent, which is now every fight. source, 2020 ↗

I would be extremely excited if they could make the Gordon Ryan / werdum / Barnett / chisiev card happen. source, 2019 ↗
