First of all, have you shared these suicidal thoughts with anyone? Maybe your husband? It is Stockholm. There are millions of people here. My SO is Indian and I am Swedish. It has been very hard for her to get Swedish friends, until she started doing activities where she actually met them. Swedes are into things, many different things, and there is a club or similar for ALL these things. You would like to try BJJ? Come to our club www.Kampsportsakademin.se You want to learn how to cook swedish food? Join a course! Start SFI! Do you have kids? Go to open daycare. So many things to do. source, 2023 ↗

Bro. Uoeno. I tripped lsd and mxe one day and bicycle the entire city of portland basically from 6am to like 4 pm. Then found myself at my jiu jitsu gym watching. Then rolling. I was doing bjj yakked out on mxe and lsd. It was all so strange. Edit: point being the entire day i listened to this. Zealots of Stockholm is amazing. So is the computer one. “I dont wanns be an era, i just wanna live forever” Oakland?? Fuck “Well both be 30 soon” I was like 25 then. Now im 33 :(((( source, 2021 ↗

Fun fact: this gym is called Allstars, located in Stockholm. Gustavsson also trains here. This coach is no less than Alan "Finfou". Pretty tough place to train BJJ. source, 2021 ↗

From what I can gather based on your post, I think you took the high road in an incredibly delicate often complex situation and your son will thank you for it later. The whole *creonte* stuff is silly bullshit. It should just be a joke these days with no actual merit. Stockholm Syndrome is very real in BJJ/MMA gyms though. I've felt it too when I switched up. However, loyalty is a two-way street. Some BJJ coaches expect this weird 'kiss-the-ring' thing that's insane imo. I think the main storm you have to weather is the possibility of some unkind things being said in your absence that ten source, 2019 ↗

Well-written and a solid defense of your position. As a side, I feel like [Stockholm Syndrome](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome) is quite common at BJJ/MMA schools. I mean my old coach did very similar things that the article states Prokopos did and it still took me two years to finally leave :-/. source, 2018 ↗
