It was more grappling/BJJ, but funny. I used to live in a hard core ghetto in upstate New York and we had this really nice boxing gym where I trained. I was also wrestling and teaching BJJ. I was only one of two white guy there but all the brothers were good friends of mine and they knew my back ground. I was prepping Jay White (the other white guy) for his second pro MMA fight. The gym was full that day because we had a lot of guys competing in the Golden Gloves. If you have been in a real boxing gym, it is intense.
