I know Ubisoft Shanghai have a team who do BJJ together and I've seen them in customized gis. Judging by the Chinese characters in the background, I'm going to assume you're geographically in the Sinosphere and so this might just be one of their gis. source, 2023 ↗

He was my favorite fighter for the time it lasted. His fight against Moraes in Shanghai was incredible from start to finish, it truly felt like he was a predator cruelly playing with his food before choking the strong BJJ black belt with one minute left like it was nothing. source, 2022 ↗

There were combatives systems taught at the time, but they were different to those today and relied less on BJJ and grappling compared to today's MCMAP, since mixed martial arts had not yet demonstrated the effectiveness of those arts in unarmed combat. US Rangers along with other Allied special forces units were taught the "Shanghai method" of "Defendu" or "gutter fighting" unarmed and knife fighting based on the works of police veterans like William Fairbairn of Fairbairn-Sykes dagger fame. Fairbairn wrote several manuals about combatives, unarmed and with knives. One technique of note was c source, 2020 ↗
