Level:
The grappling level here is exceptionally high, with friendly people and outstanding professors! The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's a fantastic place to train and spar. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The only downside is the bathrooms, which could be cleaner and are in suboptimal condition. Overall, it's a great training facility with room for improvement in the restroom facilities.
