What Reddit says about Nacka Dojo

7 verbatim community mentions from r/bjj and city subreddits, unedited, positives and negatives alike.

Depending on how far you are willing to travel I would recommend Nacka Dojo. It's roughly 40 minutes away by car but the coaches are great and there's good vibes all around. source, 2023 ↗

positive

The closest to Lidingö is a club located in Stadion, Östermalm. I don't recall the name though. Most competitive are Prana and Stark who consistently have people at euros and world's in brown and black belt. I think the biggest one is Nacka Dojo. source, 2023 ↗

Best competitive gym is stark, followed by prana. Not sure if they do nogi though.. Nacka dojo is a bit off, but is good. Hilti bjj is also a bit off but good. Where do you want to train in Stockholm? In the city? source, 2023 ↗

You’ll have some great options for fantastic Jiu Jitsu in Stockholm. Depending on where in Stockholm you’ll be situated the commute can be brutal, so location may be a factor. Try to visit a couple of places and then make up your mind. I think that: Stark Leites BJJ SPR Athlete Factory & Nacka Dojo Are all great options source, 2022 ↗

positive

There are a ton of acacdemies in Stockholm. I'm not up to date on the locations so google that. But you have the following at the very least: * Stark IF (Max Lindblad and Elina Moestams new academy) * Allstars MMA (Finfou) * Prana Jiu-Jitsu * Nacka Dojo * Panda Dojo * Hilti BJJ * Nexus It comes down to your preferences. Some academies are more competition oriented than others. source, 2020 ↗

Speaking from experience, the best guys I’ve seen competing beside our own are from Prana JJ, they are all beasts and if you can train there you should. Then nacka dojo has a lot of killers and offer some different sports as well. Also got nothing bad to say about All star and team leites. Faced tough guys from all those teams and I recommend them all. source, 2018 ↗

positive

I 2nd prana, if you’re going to train bjj in Stockholm, they’re probably the best team. I regularly do the same comps as their guys and they are so damn good, a team full of beasts. If you’re not as competition focused there are teams like hilti, allstar and Nacka dojo. But I would really check out prana if you can. source, 2018 ↗
