I only know "Mano a mano bjj" affiliated to Mathias Ribeiro, Im sure there are few others. There is a Gracie Barra affiliated in Cartagena (around 1h by car). Alicante has probably one of the most prolific places for MMA (Climent Club) where train Topuria brothers among other martial artists.
