Gracie barra dublin is a state-of-the-art martial arts gym with a 150 square meter mat area, providing ample space for students to train and grow. the facility prioritizes hygiene, ensuring that mats are washed up to three times a day with antifungicide. a strict policy enforces the use of flip flops when not on the mats, sanitizing feet and hands before training, and washing and drying kimonos after each use.

Off the top of my head for Europe, ECJJA in Dublin (they have quite a few high ranked women, and active competitors). London - Fightzone, Grapple Collective, London Grapple, Roger Gracie, Hiliti BJJ Berlin. I'm not sure about a 'lot' of women, but the people I'm thinking of train (or drop in frequently there.) https://www.gracieohio.com is sort of the mothership for Ohio BJJ with roots back in the 90s. It’s run by Robin Gieseler who is a good dude. I haven’t lived in Columbus since 2015, so it’s been a while. But… it’s one of the oldest Relson Gracie gyms in the country. A lot of history there. When I left, a lot of guys were also going to https://supersystembjj.com which was started by BJ Nelson, also a good dude. It’s in Dublin. He was a blue belt when I was a blue belt at Robins school. Asked a similar question recently and went to few over the years. Recently attend a few in Belfast with a friend. In NI: RMNU/Defiant, BJJ School Belfast, New Ground, Gracie Barra are all quality. Guys at Talos seem friendly too. Trained with thenlad who runs JJB Belfast and he's a good guy too. I'll confess a bias as it's my team but IMO and suggest Team Torres is the best in NI. Our head coach is from Brazil and he studied BJJ in a great school over there. We often are top of the team table in most of the big comps on the island. We have gyms all around NI now. Bay jiu jitsu is great, our Professor Miniero teaches there and he is also at Round 5 Fitness in San Leandro which is a CheckMat gym that offers Muy Thai too. Romelo Melo or Ralph Gracie Dublin are good choices as well. I would check it out and see what works for you. I think most have a free session to try. source, 2019 ↗

Dublin has a ton of good BJJ clubs, just find a place that's convenient and try a class as most will offer a free one.
