My context: been training BJJ for a year - trying to get better at takedowns/aware good wrestlers clown on BJJ people quite often. What part of Melbourne are you in? There are definitely a few options - Absolute has a specific wrestling beginners class in their timetable - that would be good to start. It's streamed too so you can only go into the more advanced classes once you've done beginner classes. Something structured like that might be a good option for you if you're looking for a structured style starting from scratch. I've been to one at G-force in Fawkner - because my kids were source, 2024 ↗
