Training Schedule: Classes start from ages 6+ Gi classes available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings Nogi classes on Monday, Wednesday evenings, and Friday mornings Beginner classes on first and third Saturday of each month; advanced classes on second and fourth Saturday Children's classes (Boxing and BJJ) for ages 6-12; adult programming starts at age 13 Limited hours on Sundays: 12 pm to 3 pm

Skill Levels and Training Intensity: Beginner-friendly with a focus on fundamental techniques and safety Intermediate classes emphasize technique development and sparring Advanced classes include intense drilling and live sparring All skill levels welcome, no specific high-intensity or beginner-focused mention for MMA

Facilities and Amenities: 240 square meters of training area with mats and equipment Clean facilities including showers and locker rooms Air conditioning and heating for comfort Professional cage and competition-sized boxing ring in the 7000 sq ft industrial warehouse space Many boxing and muay thai bags available Front desk for equipment purchases and pick-ups, pro shop with regular updates on new products

Unique Aspects or Special Features: Regular workshops and seminars on various BJJ topics Opportunities to spar with more experienced partners Supportive and inclusive training environment Everyone must have their own equipment for training Promotions, new products, and sales updates via newsletter subscription Members must register with Boxing Ontario, provide credit card/banking details, photo ID, and proof of age (for minors) 30 days notice required to cancel contract
