Parking and Transportation Free parking available directly outside the gym. Bike rack for cyclists. Accessible via nearby bus routes: 329, 203, and 192. Closest train station is Heaton Chapel.
Facility Rules and Essentials No shoes allowed on the mats; wear footwear elsewhere in the gym. Required to wash gi, rashguard, shorts, and other training gear after each session. Recommended to wear a t-shirt under the jacket for comfort.
Class Offerings Intro Class: Low tempo sessions perfect for beginners easing into BJJ training. White Belt Class: Designed for newcomers with no prior experience needed. Advanced Classes: Suitable for individuals with previous martial arts or BJJ experience.
Women's Training Encourages and welcomes women of all fitness levels to join, noting an increase in female participants over the past year.
