I’ve trained five world champions. A male and female in BJJ, male and female Spartan race world champs, and a female age group powerlifter. Last time I worked in elite sport I had seven athletes in five sports go to the London Olympics. I’ve also trained tour de France cyclists, pro Ironman athletes, pro beach volleyball, Olympic judo and taekwondo, Major League Baseball, AFL, and both pro rugby union and rugby league. I trained with Ryan years ago, he was always an excellent dude. No idea if he runs the London gym or not, but I wouldn’t hesitate if it’s under his leadership. Also recommend Submission Academy, it was where I trained last and other than it being way too busy some nights, it was always very well run. I'm from the states and now live in Europe - back home I paid like 140 bucks/month or 70 every 2 weeks for access to all different classes (BJJ, MT, Boxing, MMA general) and that was at the "nicest" Gracie-affiliated gym in my medium size city.
