About the Gym
Educate sports offers various martial arts programs for children, teenagers, and adults. for young ones, early jiu-jitsu starts at 3-4 years old, progressing to basic jiu-jitsu at 5-6 years and core jiu-jitsu at 7-9 years. older kids can join extreme jiu-jitsu from 10-14 years and teenagers participate in shootboxing/kickboxen from 11-15 years. adults can choose from brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxen, krav maga, and more.
