When you’re choosing an MMA gym, the real thing you gotta look for is vibes, coaching, and whether you can actually show up consistently. If you walk in and everyone’s acting like they're auditioning for the next Cobra Kai reboot, bounce. You want a place where beginners get shown the ropes and the coaches actually pay attention instead of letting you flail around in the corner. Coaching matters heavy ask who’s teaching, how long they’ve been at it, and watch if they correct people or just bark commands. And yeah, a 30 minute MMA class is kinda weird.
