Centre line jiu jitsu is a brazilian jiu jitsu (bjj) club offering classes to students of all levels, from beginner to expert. located in central worthing and hove, with a second location in lewes. the gym features a spacious training area with qualified black belt instructors. regular class attendance develops new social opportunities and allows participants to mentally and physically test themselves. a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.
