I was in Amsterdam Semptember last year and trained with Professor Vai Santana at the Vos Gym. Everyone was very friendly and he even gave me the opportunity to show a position for the class, the class was a mix between gi and no-gi guys more focused on MMA itself. source, 2026 ↗

Brother, entra numa academia de jiu jitsu e para com frescura. Na moral a nao ser que voce seja um monstro de 200kg que nao consegue conversar tu vai achar buceta boa eventualmente. Cuida do teu fisico, msm se tu for gordao ou magricelo, faz uma arte marcial boa. Eu recomendo BJJ for N reasons… Mas a real pelas tuas palavras voce tem potencial/salvaçao, comer puta é esvaziar o saco mano, mtas vezes igual comer no McDonalds.
