I really like this thread, I have recently re-started Muay Thai after a 4-year (did it for 6 years prior) break (I went off and did BJJ, got a blue belt and then COVID had other plans). Now that I am re-entering MT I want to be able to enjoy the art in a way that works for me i.e. I can't spar hard anymore or do silly things because I am hitting 30 and have a job etc. With that being I still want to enjoy a good technical spar that is challenging, it's just about finding a balance. For the most part I've mainly come across machismo idiots. I'm hoping now that I am seen as more of a 'vetera source, 2021 ↗
