You can go to Krav Maga Melbourne, it's in the north Melbourne area, they do kind of realistic self defence training, they run classes to cross train in boxing, mai Thai, wrestling and BJJ, so you learn lots of different skills. In regards to BJJ - 10th Planet South Melbourne has a ladies only self defence class. https://www.10thplanetsouthmelbourne.com.au/ladies-self-defence I have been attending this gym for over 2 years and the coaching staff and students are awesome, ego isn't a problem. The first 3 classes are free if you want to try any classes on the timetable, just contact the coach ahead of time. https://www.10thplanetsouthmelbourne.com.au/timetable Disclosure: I am a man, but I am not single. Couples have fallen for each other on the mats. I am not affiliated with the staff beyond being a student. source, 2023 ↗

In Part 6, we look at the main lifting sessions I performed prior to the 2019 ADCC European Trials. My program included three lifting sessions per week from January to March 2019 with the goals for each month changing as I got closer to competition. The panel includes: Livia Giles (née Gluchowska) is an Australian grappler an source, 2020 ↗
