if you want to go intense go to phuket top team for the 3 month blue belt course. If you are blue or higher it's still a brutal way to hit fundamentals like 3 times a day. Otherwise, I'd suggest PS Phoenix BJJ at Club Daumesnil in Paris France. Another great option is American Top Team in Zagreb, Croatia, or ZR Team Nice Center, or Infini Jiu Jitsu, Strasbourg France.
