Delta Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Its likely I'm doing something very dumb but I started up training BJJ again. I got re-infected 10 months after my first, with delta, and thankfully there wasn't any change in severity to what I was already dealing with. I'm vaxxed now and I work full time at a restaurant that masks optionally. I live in Los Angeles. I know some of you are shaking your heads but I want to feel like a human again and I want some semblance of what my life was. I don't get PEM but my cardio isnt the same as it was pre-covid, despite the fact that I believe I'm acclimated again to training. The one thing I like is source, 2023 ↗

Tsunami is a really friendly place to train. Not really competition-oriented, though some people do well in local/regional comps. No contract and no uniform requirements. Los Angeles Jiu Jitsu is new and is taught by Kron Gracie black belt. Meraki is a bit away in Santa Monica. They used to have Kenny Florian teaching classes but he left for some reason. Werdum is a little farther away in Venice. There is also Rey Diogo and Delta BJJ if you're interested in training with some OGs. Renzo Gracie has an affiliate somewhere in the area.
