Writing this from Al Ghadeer right now. I've been living here for 2 years now, previously I lived in JVT, JVC, JLT and Remraam. Here's what I can tell you before answering your questions: a) Construction quality is on the higher end compared to Dubai as Al Dar is the AD equivalent of Emaar b) If you have not been spoiled by the conveniences of modern Dubai (Cafu, Washmen, Apps for everything etc), or wish to have a detox from them. It's a great place to live. c) The community is great, very green and most people are very friendly. d) Its not as secluded as people think and Dubai-based serv source, 2023 ↗
