hello there :) in rome if you wanna train Gi stuff definitely Anacoreta jiujitsu (Luca Anacoreta is one if not the best black belt in italy imo) for no gi i would choose Nemeos bjj (Remo Cassella also a fantastic instructor) but both are high qual... source ↗
in rome i suggest Anacoreta for Gi and Nemeos bjj for no gi, in florence i will go for Matside firenze or Tribe jiujitsu, all really good guy, very friendly and very competent instructor source ↗
